Pre-development runoff = 0.25 × 600.0 = 150.0 m³.
Post-development runoff = 0.75 × 600.0 = 450.0 m³.
Excess runoff = 450.0 − 150.0 = 300.0 m³.
Released volume = 10 L/s × 2 h = 0.010 m³/s × 7,200 s = 72.0 m³.
Net storage = 300.0 − 72.0 = 228.0 m³.
Planning storage = 228.0 × 1.15 = 262.2 m³.
